- By placing an order with Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre you are agreeing to be bound by our terms & conditions. Please read carefully. We accept Pay Pal Payments Only! As this is by far the easiest and safest method for Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre and our customers. All payments must be made in full before dispatch. All amounts shown include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change/alter prices without prior notice, however, goods will be charged at the prices stated on the date the order is placed. Prices on our website reflect the different cost structure of our internet business therefore prices in store may be different.
- Delivery outside of UK Mainland
- These deliveries will usually incur extra costs, therefore we would advise that these orders are discussed with Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre before dispatch. Please contact Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre on 01803 524929 or use our contact button and we will gladly contact you. Please provide a contact number – this is very important so that we can contact you. Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre will make every effort to dispatch goods ordered within 7 working days providing they are in stock. Once delivery has been received, ALL items should be checked and inspected upon arrival and only signed for if in good condition. If a consignment or packaging is damaged in any way upon delivery you should contact Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre and report this at once (within 24 hours). If goods are not delivered within 14 days please contact us direct on 01803 524929 so that checks can be made, and, if necessary, offer you options of alternative products or refund.
- Payment Options
- If you do not wish to pay by Pay Pal using our secure on line payment facility, you can, if you wish, send your order with a cheque and your Contact details, but please allow an additional 7 days for your cheque to clear.
- Returns and Refunds
- You have 7 days from receipt of goods in which you can return unwanted items. Customers must bear the cost of returning goods unless the error is ours. When returned items are received by Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre and have been checked thoroughly that they are in good order, unused, and as new, then and only then, will a refund be sent. We do not accept responsibility for goods broken in transit or returned items damaged due to inadequate packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Products that carry a manufacturer’s guarantee can be returned, along with proof of purchase if faulty to us for exchange or refund during the warranty period. All products still in warranty will be tested upon return. Goods are not! allowed to be tried / tested.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by telephone, this will be subject to a 20% handling fee. If the goods have already been dispatched, the customer will still be liable for a delivery charge regardless of whether the order was or was not subject to a delivery charge initially, and must also bear the cost of returning the cancelled order once dispatch has taken place. If orders have had to be returned because cancellation was not made prior to dispatch, it is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre in perfect condition, otherwise a refund will not be granted.

- Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre will not disclose any customer information to third parties. Information held by us is used to enable us to fulfil orders placed by you. From time to time we will send out news of special offers and new products to customers that have registered with us and have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter.
